Olga Góralewicz

Hi, my name is Olga and I am a Mindset Coach, ACT therapist, Reiki/Sekhem practitioner, Energy worker. Nice to meet you!

Ever since I was little, I knew I would do something exciting and “important”. However, when I graduated with a psychology degree, I didn’t know what to do with myself.

I felt unsatisfied and lacking, and I was looking for my path for a long time. Even though I had become a great, well-paid  photographer in the meantime, I felt that I wanted to explore other worlds

Then I discovered biohacking, and dove deep into this philosophy of which was very close to me. Immediately afterwards, I encountered a school of thought that had its roots in this very approach.

I admit, it was not easy, I had a few doubts and my inner weaknesses tried to take over. I thought I couldn’t do it.

During this time, I learned a lot about myself. But most of all, I discovered a great willingness to work with others. The possibilities this approach gave became apparent to me very quickly.

What can you get out of our sessions?

The school I come from (the Human Potential Institute) treats people as a whole, paying attention to their health, hormones, energy levels, supplements, and daily habits all at the same time.

Man is not only the head and the thoughts that flow within it. There is also a wisdom of the body which accumulates tensions and traumas, but at the same time helps us calm down or suggests solutions (hence the “gut feeling”). The body can become the very thing that grounds us.

The Institute I come from places great emphasis on connecting the body with the mind, on setting goals, actively pursuing them, as well as on recognizing obstacles and facing them.

In a session with me, you’ll find Rogerian empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. I use many aspects of third wave psychotherapies, including:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Currently, I am fascinated by the opportunities offered by working in the spirit of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I have completed many training sessions with Russ Harris himself.

This mix of therapies gives my clients a new perspective and tools that will likely accompany them for the rest of their lives.

As an ACT therapist and coach, I am delighted to accompany others in achieving their desired goals.
